We always want you to enjoy your purchase on Peach State Vapors. We handle each return on a case-by-case scenario, to make sure that we cater to each and every vaper. We strive to make your experience here the best, and we want you to be glad you chose us.
Return and Exchange Period
Products that are unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective that were purchased on our website are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date.
For safety reasons, we do not accept any returns on the following items, opened or used :
- Open Cartridges.
- Replacement Coils
- Drip Tips
- Replacement Glass
- Atomizers or Tanks
- Rechargeable batteries
If a non-defective item is opened or used, we will not accept the product back under any circumstances, and they are not subject to a refund. If a product is unopened or unused, we will accept the return with no restocking fee. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Please see the below section for return shipping costs.
For any hardware purchase, the product is covered under a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This only applies to items purchased from our website.
In order to get service under warranty, you must contact our returns department (email@example.com) within 30 days of original purchase. The 30-Day Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, modifications, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Some manufacturers require the warranty card that is included in the packaging. We recommend that you store each products packaging until after the warranty period is up. No exceptions can be made if warranty card is not presented.
All "Dead On Arrival", Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported to our returns department within 72 hours from time of delivery. Please check each item after receiving your package. It is your responsibility to check within the time-frame above and notify us of the problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear, and is not covered by warranty.
We cannot guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about this, please do your research or send us a question BEFORE placing your order. We will not accept returns because of incompatibility.
If you would like to request a refund, replacement, exchange, or warranty work, please contact our returns department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your Full Name, Order Number, Phone Number, and reason for the return. We may ask for photo or video proof of the issue before approving the return. If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.
Replacement items will be shipped after we have received and checked the defective item at our facility.
Any Atomizers such as tanks, RTAs, RDAs, and RDTAs purchased on our website are only to be used with e-liquids. Any use of other substances inside the product will result in the termination of your warranty and we will not accept any returns.
This warranty gives your specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary based on your state.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the costs to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement items. Once returns are approved, we will issue the payments of the product in the case of a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item. Refunds may only be issued back to the original payment method, or as a store credit. Peach State Vapors is not to be held responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer had possession of it. If this is the case, we can only process the refund in the form of Store Credit.
